Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DriveBoard, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

DriveBoard is a project management SaaS platform that syncs tasks and boards to native Google Drive files (Sheets/Docs). The service provides Kanban-style boards, task management, team collaboration features, and Google Drive integration.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DriveBoard for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under these terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Do not introduce malicious code or viruses
• Do not use the service for spam or harassment

5. Intellectual Property

DriveBoard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DriveBoard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of DriveBoard is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using DriveBoard, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DriveBoard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard through WayForPay. Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); a US dollar price may be displayed, in which case settlement still takes place in UAH at the applicable conversion rate. We never receive or store your card details.

Service Provision Terms

Access is granted automatically and immediately once the payment provider confirms payment. The Service is provided exclusively in electronic form; no physical goods are delivered and no shipping is involved.

One-Time Purchases

All purchases are one-time. There is no subscription, nothing renews automatically, and no payment card is stored, so there is nothing to cancel. Access ends on the date shown in your account, and you are only charged again if you choose to buy again. Buying while access is still active extends it rather than replacing it. Support badges are voluntary contributions: they are decorative only, unlock no functionality, and their availability or price may change without affecting periods already purchased.

Fair Use of AI Features

The free tier includes up to 5,000 AI tokens per day and up to 30 MCP tool calls per day. Paid plans include up to 100,000 AI tokens per day and unlimited MCP calls. If a limit is reached, access resumes after reset or after plan upgrade. Attempting to circumvent these limits, or reselling access, may result in suspension.
